I acted as a full strategic partner, designing and building his entire e-commerce ecosystem in three distinct phases to ensure stable, progressive growth.

  • Phase 1: Audience Migration & Initial Launch. I architected a strategy to migrate his core audience from TikTok to YouTube, a platform better suited for long-form content and direct e-commerce conversion. Simultaneously, I built his first Shopify store, launching digital products that resulted in an immediate €20,000 in sales in just 3 weeks during Black Friday.
  • Phase 2: Product Line Expansion. Capitalizing on the proven demand, I leveraged my international expertise to design, source, and manage the production of a physical product line from China, expanding his brand's footprint and revenue streams.
  • Phase 3: The Subscription Pivot. With a validated customer base, I designed and built his ultimate business model: a paid subscription community. This created predictable, recurring revenue, drastically increased customer lifetime value (LTV), and gave Luis the financial stability to focus solely on creating content.
